Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in bids, proposals or tender coordination with strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, property or professional services is relevant.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals from opportunity to submission.
• Manage deadlines and inputs from multiple contributors.
• Gather project information, CVs, case studies and technical content.
• Edit, proofreading and refine written responses.
• Produce polished submissions using Adobe InDesign.
• Maintain proposal templates and bid resources.
• Support presentations and other client pursuit materials.
