Job summary

Nottingham Community Housing Association Limited is seeking a Property Services Work Planner to join our Property Services team. This pivotal role will coordinate and schedule repairs, maintenance and improvement works to ensure our customers receive an excellent service every day.

Working closely with trade teams, you'll ensure the right people, materials and resources are in the right place at the right time, helping us deliver quality homes and a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, coordination, or admin.
• Strong Organisation and ability to prioritise workload.
• Excellent communication with customers, contractors and colleagues.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule repairs, maintenance and inspections for operatives and inspectors.
• Diagnose repair issues and determine best course of action.
• Raise and manage work orders to ensure smooth progress.
• Coordinate appointments and keep customers informed of planned works.
• Order materials and ensure resources are available as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and performance information.
