Job summary

Nottingham Community Housing Association Limited is seeking a Property Services Work Planner to join the Property Services team. You will plan and schedule repairs and maintenance, coordinate trades, and ensure works are delivered efficiently to provide excellent service to customers.

The role offers hybrid working after the initial training period, a supportive team environment, and full training on internal systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, coordination or administrative roles.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise a varied workload.
• Excellent communication with customers, contractors and colleagues.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
• Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule repairs, maintenance and inspection work for operatives and inspectors.
• Diagnose repair issues and determine the most appropriate course of action.
• Raise and manage work orders using our systems to ensure jobs progress smoothly.
• Coordinate appointments and keep customers informed of planned works, updates and changes.
• Order materials and ensure the right resources are available when needed.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and performance information.
