Job summary

Pets at Home is seeking a Group Property Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to the Property team, helping to manage the retail and veterinary property portfolio. The role is heavily administration-focused and acts as the first point of contact for property-related enquiries across the estate.

Responsibilities

• Assist Asset Managers in day-to-day management of retail and veterinary property.
• Respond to enquiries via the Property inbox and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain property records, lease information, dates, risks and opportunities.
• Review lease obligations and support repair and landlord queries.
• Support business rates administration, data gathering and cost management.
• Maintain trackers for rent reviews, expiries, service charges and rates.
• Review service charge budgets and reconciliations.
• Identify cost recovery opportunities and challenge overcharges.
• Monitor property costs and assist budgeting and forecasting.
• Build relationships with landlords, managing agents, surveyors and external advisers.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Legal, Finance, Retail and Veterinary teams.
