Job summary

Asda is seeking a Project Support Coordinator to join the Central Online Operations at the Home Office, Leeds. You will coordinate the end-to-end activity plan for retail and online teams, ensuring timely delivery of store communications and BAU operations.

The role requires retail experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in a large organisation.
• Strong written, verbal and digital communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Flexibility to respond quickly to urgent operational needs and changing priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, update and execute the activity plan for store teams.
• Provide support to line/lead managers by keeping the activity plan updated and flagging risks.
• Engage with the online central team to support timely execution of the activity plan.
• Make plan changes with approvals and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor processes to identify opportunities in online BAU and update accordingly.
• Coordinate trials or development work to improve BAU processes.
