Asda Home Office is seeking a Retail Process Co-ordinator to support the central online activity plan and BAU activities. You will coordinate the equipment portfolio, store communications, and mapping queries to ensure stores receive timely, accurate information.

This role sits within our fast-paced retail environment and involves close collaboration with stakeholders. You will manage end-to-end tote swap planning, weekly BAU activities, and daily ticket responses, driving process improvements

Formación

• Proven experience in retail, preferably for a large organisation.
• Strong written, verbal and digital communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure.
• Flexibility to respond quickly to urgent operational needs and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with particular focus on Excel.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective teamwork and communication across all levels of the organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, plan, and execute retail communications, ensuring the messaging is clear, concise, and relevant for store teams.
• Coordinate reactive communications by working cross-functionally with other key teams.
• Coordinate our tote swap programme end to end including planning and weekly BAU activities.
• Support the management of all map queries and event mapping activities like store refreshes, promotions and Seasonal periods.
• Responsible for monitoring and identifying process opportunities in online and creating updates to the process to optimise.
• You will also be responsible for coordinating process and other content updates in our Asda One intranet site.
• Coordination of our daily ticket system, making sure we respond to store queries within the agreed SLA (service level agreement).
• Coordinate, timely payments to our supplier base along with any support and communication required to maintain our relationship.
