Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Project Support Coordinator at Asda House to deliver the support plan for retail and field teams and to back the central online activity plan and BAU work. You will ensure stores receive timely information and coordinate the equipment portfolio and store communications.

The role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, and a proactive approach to improving processes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail preferably for a large organisation.
• Strong written, verbal and digital communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure.
• Flexibility to respond quickly to urgent operational needs and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with particular focus on Excel.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective teamwork and communication across all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, update and execute our activity plan, ensuring the activity communication is clear, concise, and relevant for store teams
• Provide support for line manager, lead manager and SD by keeping the activity plan updated, flagging issues and risks.
• You will work across the online central team engaging stakeholders at all levels to support the timely execution of our activity plan
• Make changes to the plan to ensure activity lands as planned and any changes are approved, updated and communicated to all stakeholders
• Responsible for monitoring and identifying process opportunities in online and creating updates to the process to optimise and improve the process
• Coordinate any trial or development work to improve our BAU processes
