Job summary

Buro Happold Limited in Bath is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to join the Finance PMO on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports governance, project delivery and reporting across finance transformation projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain plans, meetings, dashboards and documentation, coordinate governance processes, and act as a central contact for project queries, with hybrid working and opportunities to engage with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordinator/PMO role or similar.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with senior stakeholders.
• Experience taking accurate meeting minutes and managing action logs.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers and milestones.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes.
• Produce status reports, dashboards and steering packs.
• Support onboarding, close-down activities and lessons learned.
• Coordinate governance activities and prioritisation processes.
• Maintain governance records and portfolio reporting information.
• Support updates to policies with version control and sign-off.
• Create presentations and reports for leadership meetings.
• Serve as central point of contact for project queries.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
