Job summary

Buro Happold is seeking a Global Finance Strategy & Insight Analyst to join the central finance team in Bath, operating on a hybrid model. The role combines finance, strategy and market intelligence to turn data into executive-ready insights that influence global decisions.

You will connect market trends with internal performance drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic options, using advanced Excel and BI tools and communicating clearly to senior leaders.

Qualifications

MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification.
Strong analytical capability demonstrated in consulting, research, or insight roles.
Ability to translate data into strategic insight for senior stakeholders.
Experience building scenario or driver-based financial models (Monte Carlo is a plus).
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

Translate internal and external data into clear, executive-ready insights.
Combine performance data with market signals to produce trend analysis and forward-looking insights.
Design and run scenario and sensitivity models covering macro factors and FX.
Identify strategic opportunities, risks and optimization levers with data support.
Create concise dashboards and leadership packs for senior stakeholders.
