The role supports the head of finance and partners across Bath, London and Manchester, and involves setting up project fees, resource allocation, and sub-contractor scheduling using Timemaster and Excel.

You will lead monthly resourcing and WIP meetings, monitor progress, and oversee sales invoicing and timesheet reporting.

Formación

• Experience in finance coordination within an architectural or professional services setting.
• Legally able to work in the UK.
• Strong numeracy with attention to detail.
