Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is recruiting an enthusiastic Business Support Co-ordinator to join an established Transformation Team. You will help plan, co-ordinate and deliver organisation-wide transformation and service improvement initiatives, using data and digital tools to drive meaningful change.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate across departments to support project governance, manage risks and ensure anticipated benefits are realised.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting technology-enabled transformation and service improvement initiatives including the use of digital tools and business systems.
• Experience supporting projects, business improvement initiatives or change programmes.
• Experience in transformation, continuous improvement or service redesign.
• Knowledge of Lean, Systems Thinking or other improvement methodologies.
• Understanding of change management principles and practices.
• A collaborative approach and a willingness to challenge existing processes constructively.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and support the delivery of business improvement and transformation projects.
• Help implement digitalisation and channel-shift initiatives that improve customer and colleague experiences.
• Support project planning, monitoring, reporting and governance activities.
• Work with managers and project leads to identify and manage risks, dependencies and priorities.
• Assist with service improvement reviews and the development of more efficient ways of working.
• Support communication and engagement activities to help colleagues understand and embrace change.
• Use data, insight and feedback to support continuous improvement and better decision-making.
