Job summary

Yorkshire Water is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Asset Delivery Team in Leeds. The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, with hybrid working (2 days in the office).

The package includes a competitive salary of £28,342 - £35,011, plus an annual incentive bonus up to £1,000, and a comprehensive benefits suite. Based in Leeds Valley Park, this role supports project administration, helps manage schemes, and coordinates meetings, reporting, and governance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as support and liaison for schemes, handling PO, payments and contract drafting.
• Provide support to Project Managers with project administration.
• Support day-to-day delivery of team, department and directorate objectives.
• Assist with Programme Delivery Business Plan and performance targets.
• Follow corporate governance processes for project delivery.
• Coordinate and manage booking of collaborative project meetings and minutes.
• Assist with analysing project reports and financial data.
• Support close out of projects following end-to-end process.
• Communicate effectively with Asset Integrity, Asset Planning and other functions.
• Ensure regulatory, health, safety and governance requirements are met.
