Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience managing construction-related projects from start to finish.
- Confident working across diverse site environments with contractors and stakeholders.
- Strong financial management and reporting skills using SAP or similar systems.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and project governance.
- Proven ability to deliver projects within budgets and timescales.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple Land & Property projects from concept to completion.
- Forecast, budget, and report performance with clear expenditure visibility.
- Develop robust project plans, risk assessments, and governance documentation.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for delivery.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across project lifecycles.
