Neos Networks is seeking two Project Coordinators for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Glasgow. Hybrid working is offered with 2–3 days in the office. The role focuses on supporting successful project delivery, coordinating resources, handling supplier quotes, and maintaining project records.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities.
• Confident in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Able to chase actions proactively and maintain momentum.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality administrative support.
• Enjoys solving problems and improving processes.
• Experience in project coordination or PMO support is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and provide day-to-day support to Project Managers.
• Book internal and external resources to enable successful delivery.
• Request and track supplier and contractor quotations.
• Raise purchase orders and monitor approvals and costs.
• Maintain project trackers, logs, and documentation.
• Organise meetings, share updates and follow up actions with stakeholders.
• Prepare handover packs, completion certificates and project close-out documents.
• Track customer approvals and outstanding actions.
• Identify risks or blockers and escalate appropriately.
• Support project governance, reporting and continuous improvement.
