Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Project Controller in Harlow to provide professional scheduling and controls support within the Enterprise Performance Group. You will develop the IMS, analyse trend data, and deliver EVM metrics to support decision making.

The role requires experience with MS Project EPM and Power BI and a strong ability to communicate across military and industry partners. The position offers hybrid work in Harlow, with emphasis on on-time delivery, risk management, and reporting

Qualifications

• Experience leading project controls in defence or complex programmes.
• Strong knowledge of IMS and EVM integration.
• Proven ability to analyse schedule data and generate insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensure proper linkage of activities.
• Lead schedule development as the programme progresses and support baseline control.
• Analyse trend data and present programme metrics at review boards and with customers.
• Perform EVM data generation and variance analysis with auditable trails.
• Create robust Power BI reporting for programme health and KPI visibility.
