Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking enthusiastic Project Planners and Project Controllers to join our Project Control function. You will have an opportunity to grow your skills and develop your career within a collaborative and encouraging environment.

We offer a salary circa £40,000-£48,000 depending on experience, with dynamic hybrid working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification and security requirements as a British excellence in defence.

Qualifications

• Experience in detailed to milestone level planning.
• Ability to create and maintain project structures (WBS/CBS/OBS).
• Experience generating and analysing project performance data (schedule, resources, costs).
• Knowledge of Baseline Management and Change Control.

Responsibilities

• Validate and monitor project health, risks, and issues.
• Steer project-level schedule validation for coherence with planning principles.
• Lead generation of Integrated Baseline schedule to deliver programmes.
• Validate costs to go and EAC projections with accuracy.
• Lead Schedule Risk Analysis across projects and support bid activities.
