Job summary

The role requires strong MS Project and Power BI skills, experience in a controls environment, and the ability to collaborate across military and industry partners.Security clearance eligibility is preferred.

• Skilled in MS Project EPM and MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of IMS and EVM integration.
• Experience with schedule risk analysis and critical path.
• Ability to coach junior professionals.
• Security clearance eligible (SC MoD).
• Experience in multi-site, matrixed teams.
• Power BI reporting capability desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Lead and support schedule development as the programme progresses.
• Analyse trend data and present metrics at reviews.
• Ensure baselines are controlled with auditable changes.
• Generate and analyse EVM data and variance root causes.
• Perform critical path and risk analyses for schedules.
• Collate monthly schedule-derived ETCs.
• Support WBS/OBS development for cost and schedule reporting.
• Assist Bid/Proposal with schedule scenario analysis.
• Support risk management with IMS risk tracking and mitigation.
• Develop reporting through Power BI for programme health visibility.
