Job summary

Henderson Scott is seeking several Project Controllers in Hertfordshire (hybrid) to help deliver projects on time and within budget. You will support planning, cost management, and earned value management across the product life cycle, maintaining robust reporting and data quality in a collaborative, high-performance team.

The role emphasises strong scheduling, WBS/OBS/CBS development, and proactive risk analysis, with experience in Primavera P6 preferred and exposure to MS Project, SAP or ARM

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of core project controls principles including scheduling, cost management/loading, earned value management, baseline management, critical path analysis, risk analysis and integrated planning and resourcing.
• Primavera P6 preferred; MS Project, SAP, ARM or similar tools also valuable.
• Ability to create and maintain project structures (WBS/CBS/OBS) and generate/analyse project performance data (schedule, resource, cost).
• Strong communication skills and accountability for project data quality in reporting.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high standards.
• Support planning and controls across all phases of the product life cycle.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to maintain accurate reporting and data controls.
