Job summary

You will collaborate with Project Managers, engineering and finance colleagues to deliver accurate performance data, manage risks and support informed decision-making.

The role emphasizes scheduling, cost control, EVM assistance and continuous improvement through automation and reporting tools, with a hybrid work pattern and clear opportunities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project controls, project support, PMO or controlled project environment.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining resourced project schedules, tracking milestones and progress against baseline.
• Monitoring project costs, budgets and forecasts with variance analysis.
• Supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) and producing performance reports.
• Maintaining accurate resource plans and identifying capacity or skills gaps.
• Managing project risks and maintaining risk registers with mitigation actions.
• Producing clear project performance reporting across schedule, cost, risk and earned value.
• Supporting change control with documentation and approvals.
• Identifying opportunities to improve project controls through automation and reporting tools.
