Job summary

General Dynamics Mission Systems UK is seeking a Project Controller to coordinate scope, schedule, cost and risk across key stakeholders including Project Managers and Control Account Managers.

The role involves producing resourced, time-phased schedules, monitoring baselines, tracking expenditures and maintaining risk registers. Hybrid working (3 days in the office) with flexible benefits, salary between £32,400 and £46,000, and opportunities for AI/ML exposure.

Qualifications

• Project Controller experience with managing scope, schedule, cost and risk.
• Experience creating and maintaining project schedules in Microsoft Project.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to create, maintain and report risks using a risk management tool.
• Experience with AI/ML models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scope Management: scope project requirements into WBS/OBS/RAM and assess changes.
• Schedule Management: produce time-phased schedules with baselines and critical paths.
• Finance Management: track expenditure and compare to baseline budgets.
• Risk Management: create risk registers and lead risk reviews.
• Change Management: manage scope and cost changes across the project.
• Bid Support: provide schedules, resource demand and costing for bids.
