Waracle is seeking a Mid-Level Product Manager to own product strategy and drive compelling digital workstreams. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and delivery teams to turn ideas into valuable products and services for ambitious clients.

You will join a supportive Product Community of Practice, paired with a mentor, and have clear pathways for career growth in a hybrid Glasgow or Dundee office environment.

Qualifications

• Background in product management or digital product delivery with care for user story creation and backlog management.
• Familiarity with agile principles and prioritisation techniques (MoSCoW or RICE).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Curiosity about metrics, testing hypotheses, and using data to inform decisions.
• Proactive, self-directed learning mindset and ownership of personal development.
• Experience in regulated sectors (healthcare or financial services) is a plus, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and direction for product features using data and user insights.
• Lead collaborative discovery with Design and Tech Leads to turn complex challenges into actionable user stories.
• Balance backlog priorities with business goals and delivery effort for a high-quality product backlog.
• Establish metrics and run experiments to guide data-informed decisions.
• Engage stakeholders, communicate progress and risks transparently, supporting the team.
• Facilitate workshops with researchers, designers, and engineers to deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Contribute to internal Bet Teams and learning initiatives to grow your craft.
