Waracle is seeking a Mid-Level Product Manager to join our world-class digital technology consultancy. You’ll own product strategy, collaborate with engineering, design, and delivery teams, and shape digital workstreams that deliver real business impact.

You’ll thrive in a learning-focused environment, with a dedicated mentor, onboarding plan, and clear pathways for career growth. This hybrid role requires collaboration from Glasgow or Dundee offices two days a week.

Qualifications

• Background in product management or digital product delivery.
• Experience delivering user stories and maintaining backlogs.
• Knowledge of agile principles and prioritisation techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multidisciplinary teams.
• Curiosity for metrics, experiments and data-driven decisions.
• Bonus: exposure to regulated industries (healthcare/finance) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and vision for features and direction.
• Lead collaborative discovery with Design and Tech Leads.
• Balance backlog priorities with business goals and delivery effort.
• Establish metrics and run experiments to guide decisions.
• Engage client stakeholders and communicate progress and risks.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration and workshops.
• Contribute to internal communities and learning initiatives.
