Job summary

G2legal is seeking a Sales Executive in Bristol for a hybrid role (2-3 days in the office). You will be the initial contact for families needing probate guidance, taking them from enquiry to quotation and contract signature.

The role focuses on probate knowledge and sales of estate administration services, with a fully desk-based approach and a strong bonus scheme. You will handle inbound referrals and coordinate with the legal team to onboard clients.

Qualifications

• Ideally probate experience with knowledge of estate administration and probate processes.
• Proven sales experience within probate or professional services.
• Confident in managing a sales pipeline and converting inbound leads.

Responsibilities

• Fully desk-based telephone sales using referred inbound leads.
• Discuss the estate and probate service required, prepare a quote, follow up and transfer signed clients to the legal team.

Sales Executive
Bristol – Hybrid (2-3 days in office)

I’m keen to speak with experienced Sales Executives who have knowledge of Probate to join a growing team in central Bristol.

You will be the initial point of contact for a family member who has lost a loved one and needs to engage with a lawyer to conduct their estate administration. You will provide expert probate guidance, understand individual needs and be able to take them through the process from initial enquiry through to quotation and contract signature.

What experience is required?

• Ideally probate experience, including technical knowledge eg grant only estates
• Proven sales experience within probate or professional services
• Confident managing a pipeline
• A natural ability to adapt your sales approach with empathy
