Bristol City Centre – hybrid (2-3 days from home)

We are proud to be supporting our client, an award-winning estate administration specialist, in the recruitment of a Probate Consultant to join their friendly sales team. If you are a motivated probate sales professional looking for your next challenge, this could be the role for you.

You will be responsible for providing support and advice to clients on all probate matters – helping them to understand this complex process, assisting them with a variety of technical queries, providing tailored quotations, and drawing up contracts – all with the utmost empathy during the worst time.

Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Managing a client pipeline from their initial enquiry to quotation and contract signature
• Following up on and qualifying warm leads and referrals, identifying appropriate opportunities to introduce the service/s
• Engaging with and advising clients in an empathetic and personalised manner, helping them to navigate the complex process of probate
• Demonstrating a strong technical understanding of probate matters across both non-taxable and taxable estates
• Tailoring quotes based on clients’ needs, utilising a fully transparent fee structure to avoid any hidden extras or additional costs
• Handling objections to close sales effectively and draw up contracts, while demonstrating exemplary client service, professionalism, and empathy
• Thriving in a guided but unscripted sales environment, tailoring the approach based on the clients’ understanding and feedback
• Striving to exceed the targets set while delivering market leading client service and satisfaction levels
