Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking a well-organised Post Completion Assistant to join its conveyancing team in Birmingham. In this permanent, full-time role, you will handle SDLT/LTT returns, HM Land Registry submissions, and assist with undertakings while ensuring deadlines are met.

The role offers a hybrid pattern (3 days in office, 2 from home) and a supportive environment in an established legal firm, with opportunities to develop expertise in residential property transactions.

Formación

• Proven organisation and administrative abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise a high volume of tasks.
• Strong communication and IT skills including case management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and submitting SDLT/LTT returns and HM Land Registry applications within deadlines.
• Managing mortgage redemptions, liaising with lenders and handling notices of assignment and charge.
• Monitoring applications, responding to HM Land Registry requisitions and checking registrations.
• Sending title documents and completion information to clients and lenders, and assisting with undertakings.
• Maintaining accurate case management records and providing general admin support to conveyancing.
