Job summary

DS Smith is seeking an Account Manager for permanent POS display projects in the UK. You will lead end-to-end campaigns, manage client relationships, and collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

The role requires strong FMCG experience, project management skills, and a hands-on, collaborative approach. Some travel and a hybrid UK-based work pattern are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing permanent POS display programmes.
• Experience in an Account Manager or Client Services role within Permanent POS/retail display.
• Expertise in print management strategies, planning, budgets and cost management.
• Strong design understanding to enable implementation of creative solutions.
• Proven service delivery experience in an account management setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end permanent POS print and structural campaigns for FMCG clients.
• Manage project lifecycle from client brief to delivery, including quotations and budgets.
• Coordinate multiple projects with design, estimating, production, logistics and installation.
• Maintain monthly dashboard and identify key opportunities or issues.
• Ensure regular presence on client sites and meet stakeholders in person.
• Identify opportunities through various lenses and address value-related insights.
