STARK Group is seeking a PMO Analyst in Coventry, working 4 days on-site at the Binley office and 1 day from home. The role focuses on delivering governance across the IT portfolio, enabling clear decision-making and delivering benefits.

You will develop dashboards, reports, and insights, while ensuring data integrity and applying established portfolio processes. Strong stakeholder engagement and improvement mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable knowledge of portfolio management methodologies and project delivery frameworks (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
• Strong analytical capability with experience producing high-quality portfolio reporting, MI and insights.
• Advanced Excel skills including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting (pivot tables, lookups).
• Experience of governance processes, RAID management, reporting cycles, and portfolio controls.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, managing and re-prioritising workloads.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and continuously improve IT portfolio management frameworks, processes, and governance across programs and change management.
• Promote consistent governance standards with project Managers and IT teams; provide guidance and challenge.
• Monitor portfolio performance; identify, assess and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support end-to-end governance cycles, including RAID management, stage gates, and reporting timelines.
• Coordinate with project and IT managers to track delivery progress and resources.
