Job summary

St. James’s Place in Cirencester is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join the Central PMO. You will own key PMO services, drive assurance activities, and deliver reporting and insights to enable governance across a complex programme portfolio.

The role suits someone with strong governance, reporting and PMO best practice, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid Cirencester office, permanent employment.

Qualifications

• PMO Analyst experience within project, programme or portfolio environments.
• Strong governance, reporting and planning knowledge.
• Experience conducting assurance reviews, quality checks or governance assessments.
• Advanced Excel skills and reporting experience.
• Experience using Power BI and working in a Central/Enterprise PMO.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct project assurance activities ensuring alignment with standards and best practice.
• Support administration, adoption and continuous improvement of PMO tools; provide guidance and training.
• Produce accurate reporting to support governance and portfolio oversight.
• Act as a subject matter expert across PMO services and develop team capability.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to promote consistent governance and delivery standards.
• Understand portfolio objectives and ensure PMO activities contribute to delivery outcomes.
