Job summary

Oliver James Group is seeking a Portfolio PMO Analyst in Manchester. The role sits hybrid, with 2-3 days in the office to support a portfolio of projects and transformation initiatives for a leading insurance business.

You will produce portfolio reports, drive governance, monitor performance and maintain accurate data across reporting systems. Collaboration with project managers and stakeholders will be essential to improve reporting and processes.

Qualifications

• Previous PMO or project management experience, ideally within the Insurance domain.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive, structured approach with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Produce portfolio reports, management information and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Support portfolio governance, including meetings, documentation and action tracking.
• Monitor project performance, risks, resources and financial information.
• Maintain project data and reporting systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Work with Project Managers and stakeholders to improve reporting, processes and governance.
