Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Junior PMO Analyst for a hybrid role in Warwick. You will support PMO operations, governance and reporting, engaging with senior stakeholders and project teams to drive governance practices across complex programmes.

The role offers exposure to governance, change management, and financial reporting in a dynamic programme environment, with a pro-rata salary reflecting a 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in producing reports, presentations, and governance documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Confidence in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of PMO activities across programmes and initiatives.
• Prepare governance packs, reports, and documentation for essential programme meetings.
• Serve as the Secretariat for governance forums, tracking agendas, minutes, decisions and actions.
• Ensure governance processes are upheld and track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and actions.
• Produce regular programme and portfolio reports for senior stakeholders.
• Analyse project information to provide clear insights and ensure data accuracy.
