Job summary

PHS Group Limited is seeking a highly organised Planner & Scheduler for our Hayes Operations Centre. This full-time role offers hybrid working, with no evenings or weekend shifts, and a 40-hour work week Monday to Friday.

You will plan and optimise routes for Service Drivers, analyse performance data, and support seamless onboarding and issue resolution. A valid driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain optimal schedules for Service Drivers to maximise productivity and utilisation.
• Analyse routes and driver feedback to improve efficiency.
• Monitor unplanned work and KPI trends; maintain backlogs at appropriate levels.
• Support Lead Scheduler with daily Op Rhythm Calls, weekly reviews and ad hoc meetings.
• Assist with customer mobilisations and onboarding; ensure smooth rollouts and fast issue response.
• Resolve customer service queries in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Collaborate with Scheduling and Operations teams to meet KPI targets.
• Cascade policy and process updates to staff.
