Job summary

PHS Group Limited is seeking a highly organised Planner & Scheduler to optimise routes for Service Drivers at our Taffs Well site in Wales. You will drive efficiency, improve customer outcomes, and work with the Lead Scheduler to raise operational performance.

With a strong focus on scheduling best practices, IT proficiency, and analytical thinking, you will own planning for assigned Operations Centres, prioritise workloads, and engage cross-functionally to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain optimal schedules for Service Drivers to maximise productivity and resource utilisation.
• Analyse routes and driver feedback to continuously improve efficiency.
• Monitor unplanned work and KPI trends to ensure resources are used effectively.
• Maintain backlogs at appropriate levels to support operational performance.
• Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure service delivery targets are achieved.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement effective scheduling solutions.
• Support operational planning activities to ensure excellent customer service.
