PHS Group Ltd. is seeking a highly organised Planner & Scheduler for the Hayes Operations Center. The role focuses on creating efficient driver schedules, analysing routes, and driving continuous improvement to meet KPI targets.

You will support the Lead Scheduler, manage onboarding for customer mobilisations, and ensure timely responses to issues. A valid driving licence is essential and the position offers weekday hours with hybrid working.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of scheduling systems and IT skills.
Analytical, proactive with a focus on continuous improvement.
Customer-focused with ownership of scheduling for assigned Operations Centres.
Strong communicator and collaborative team player.
Valid driving licence (essential).

Responsabilités

Create and maintain optimal schedules for Service Drivers in the Hayes Operations Center to maximise productivity.
Analyse routes and driver feedback to continuously improve efficiency.
Monitor unplanned work and KPI trends; maintain backlogs at appropriate levels.
Support the Lead Scheduler with daily Op Rhythm Calls and weekly reviews.
Assist with customer mobilisations and onboarding, ensuring smooth rollouts and fast responses.
Resolve customer service queries in a timely manner.
Travel to Operations Centres or meetings when required.
Uphold health, safety and quality standards.
