Job summary

University of Liverpool is seeking a proactive administrator to join the Student Experience Team in the School of Allied Health Professions & Nursing. You will support academic staff and the Placements Office, delivering a dedicated service for student clinical placements.

Requirements include three GCSEs at grade C or above (incl. English and Maths), strong IT, communication and organisational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Three GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics.
• High-level IT, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience of Microsoft Office is essential; experience of university systems (Banner, BI and TULIP) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a dedicated service to academic and Professional Services colleagues in relation to student clinical placements.
• Work with the Placements Office and other staff within the School to support student experience.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability in processes and procedures and adapt to a flexible working style.
