Qualifications

• Strong Personal Lines underwriting experience and general insurance knowledge.
• Ability to contribute to underwriting strategy, risk appetite and rules.
• Experience analyzing portfolio performance, market information and customer data.

Responsibilities

• Undertake market and customer-segment analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Assess size, suitability and commercial potential of opportunities with evidence.
• Develop clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Underwriting, Pricing, Product, Propositions, Sales and Marketing to shape and progress changes.
• Translate underwriting recommendations into practical guidance for Agents and Underwriters.
