NFU Mutual is seeking a Personal Lines Segment Underwriter to help identify opportunities to expand our Personal Lines offering on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The role blends underwriting expertise with market insight to drive sustainable, profitable growth while managing insurance risk.

You will analyze market and customer-segment data, draw together internal and external insights, and translate findings into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Competenze

• Strong Personal Lines underwriting experience and general insurance knowledge.
• Ability to analyze portfolio performance and market information to identify opportunities.
• Experience shaping underwriting strategy, risk appetite and rules.
• Excellent report writing and communication to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to balance customer outcomes with growth and risk.
• Collaborative across functions such as Underwriting, Pricing, Product and Marketing.
