Job summary

Novuna Vehicle Solutions is seeking a highly organised administrator with a passion for data and reporting. You'll support performance and controls through accurate data management, producing regular reports, and ensuring stakeholders receive the right information.

This hybrid role based in the UK requires 50% office presence in Trowbridge. You will gain exposure to data analytics and continuous improvement while building a foundation for a career in analytics.

Qualifications

• Excellent administration and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong experience with spreadsheets and advanced Excel functions.
• Interest in data analytics and reporting.
• Able to maintain accurate data and generate regular reports.

Responsibilities

• Produce and distribute daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to key stakeholders.
• Maintain and update customer and operational records with accuracy.
• Carry out data audits and quality checks to resolve discrepancies.
• Support process improvements by identifying efficient reporting methods.
