Responsibilities

• Produce and distribute daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to key stakeholders.
• Maintain and update customer and operational records, ensuring data is accurate and complete.
• Carry out data audits and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying more efficient ways of working and reporting.
