Job summary

Novuna Vehicle Solutions is seeking a highly organised administrator with a passion for data and reporting. You'll support performance and controls through accurate data management, producing regular reports, and ensuring stakeholders receive the right information.

This hybrid role based in the UK requires 50% office presence in Trowbridge. You will gain exposure to data analytics and continuous improvement while building a foundation for a career in analytics.

What you'll do.

Reporting to the Performance and Controls Team Leader, you'll join a team that supports key operational reporting and data management activities across the business. This role is predominantly administrative, focused on maintaining accurate data, producing regular reports, and ensuring information is distributed to the right people at the right time.

Whilst this isn't an analyst position, it will give youvaluable exposure to data, reporting, continuous improvement and problem-solving, helping you build a strong foundation for future progression into more analytical roles at Novuna.

This is a hybrid role requiring 50% attendance atour Trowbridge office.

You'll also:

• Produce and distribute daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to key stakeholders
• Maintain and update customer and operational records, ensuring data is accurate and complete
• Carry out data audits and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying more efficient ways of working and reporting
