Hiring People seeks a data analytics professional to pull together data from disparate IT systems, creating a single, reliable reporting line for the business. You will design and implement a standardised reporting pack and a data-input structure to support clear insights.

This not-for-profit role involves working across finance, procurement, engineering and quality, with hybrid working after an initial Derby on-site period.

Qualifications

• Data analytics experience with integrated IT systems.
• 2+ years of data reporting using Power BI or Microsoft Dashboards.
• Experience structuring data inputs and outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead on pulling together data from different IT systems to create one clear line of reporting.
• Build and integrate a standardised reporting pack.
• Design a system that captures and reports information simply and clearly.
• Consolidate data into one space and align information across silos.
