Job summary

DWP Digital in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Performance Analyst to measure and improve digital services at scale. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand user behaviour, evaluate performance and drive opportunities for improvement.

You will lead data collection and analysis, develop KPIs and dashboards, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders. The role supports hybrid working and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience measuring performance and effectiveness of digital products.
• Experience in Agile multidisciplinary teams defining KPIs and performance measures.
• Experience using web analytics to analyse user behaviour and service performance.
• Ability to set meaningful KPIs aligned with digital product or service goals.
• Ability to use data to influence decisions and clearly communicate analysis and insights to stakeholders.
• Experience writing efficient, cost-effective SQL queries to support analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs, Designers, Researchers, Developers and analysts to understand user behaviour and evaluate service performance.
• Lead the collection, analysis and interpretation of performance data.
• Develop meaningful KPIs, create dashboards and provide actionable insights to support better decisions.
• Help design and evaluate experiments, improve data quality and champion analytics best practice across the organisation.
