Job summary

DWP Digital is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to turn data into insights that influence decisions and improve digital services used by millions of citizens. You will work with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers in an Agile environment to define KPIs and deliver dashboards that measure success.

You will lead data collection, analysis and interpretation, shaping performance KPIs, and champion best practices across the organisation to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience measuring the performance and effectiveness of digital products and services.
• Experience defining KPIs and performance measures within Agile teams.
• Experience using web analytics tools to analyse user behaviour and service performance.
• Performance Measurement: setting meaningful KPIs aligned with product/service goals.
• Communicating Analysis and Insight: using data to influence decisions and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• SQL coding experience: writing efficient queries to support analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities
