As a Performance Analyst you will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, User Researchers, Developers and other analytical professionals to understand user behaviour, evaluate service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
You’ll lead the collection, analysis and interpretation of performance data, developing meaningful KPIs, creating impactful dashboards and providing actionable insight that helps teams make better decisions.
You’ll also help design and evaluate experiments, improve data quality, develop analytics solutions and champion best practice across the organisation.

We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home (40%) and some time collaborating face to face in a hub (60%).
We offer competitive pay for this role of up to £75,497.
You’ll get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions of 28.97%, worth over £16,786 per year.
