Job summary

Golding Homes is seeking a People and Payroll Coordinator to support the People Team. The role covers payroll, pensions, benefits, data accuracy and system administration, with a focus on turning data into actionable information for managers.

You’ll work in a busy, multi-priority environment, handling starters, changes and leavers, while maintaining high service levels. Hybrid role with Maidstone office and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Payroll coordination experience in a busy admin environment.
• Experience using HR systems and handling data accurately.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to produce reports.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate key People Team processes across the colleague lifecycle.
• Coordinate the monthly payroll process with Finance and the payroll provider.
• Administer pensions, benefits and reward processes.
• Manage the People Team inbox and provide first-line support to managers and colleagues.
• Be a key contact for People systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve system usage and reduce manual activity.
• Produce clear, accurate people reports and management information.
