Job summary

Wade Macdoanld is hiring a Payroll Administrator for Reading. You will join an experienced payroll team and manage a portfolio of SME clients, delivering accurate end-to-end payroll services in a hybrid working environment.

The ideal candidate has payroll bureau experience, is highly accurate, and can handle weekly, monthly and quarterly payroll cycles while staying compliant with PAYE, pensions and RTI.

Qualifications

• Must have payroll bureau experience and manage payrolls for SME clients.
• Strong understanding of PAYE, pensions, benefits and RTI.
• Experience across weekly, monthly and quarterly payroll cycles.
• Experience with payroll software and data accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll activities for an allocated portfolio of customers to ensure accurate, timely service.
• Process PAYE requirements including starters, leavers, pension deductions and attachments of earnings.
• Complete year-end payroll processes and documents (P60s, P11Ds).
• Handle pension deductions with exposure to public-sector schemes beneficial.
• Keep customers informed of HMRC legislation and payroll requirements.
