Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll experience.
• Experience delivering payroll transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Workday payroll and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the complete end-to-end payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Lead payroll transformation and process improvement projects.
• Identify opportunities to use automation to improve efficiency and controls.
• Maximise the capabilities of Workday across payroll processes and reporting.
• Review existing procedures and implement more effective ways of working.
• Maintain strong payroll governance, controls and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and other stakeholders to deliver improvements.
• Manage payroll-related queries and resolve complex issues.
• Support wider systems, technology and change initiatives affecting payroll.
