OneSource Virtual (OSV) is seeking a Managed Payroll Specialist to perform full service payroll processing for high-level managed payroll customers, and to engage with clients through the OSV ticketing system. The role requires payroll expertise and the ability to triage inquiries, with a strong focus on delivering a superior customer experience.

This is a 12-month fixed contract with a hybrid work arrangement requiring you to come into the Derry office at least once a week.

Formación

• Associate's degree required
• CIPP Certified Payroll Professional certification required (at time of hire or within 6 months)
• 3 Years + payroll experience

Responsabilidades

• Provides outstanding payroll services support
• Monitor tickets daily to ensure Service Level Agreements and high client satisfaction
• Manage timely resolution of customer issues including escalations, root cause analysis, and remedial procedures
• Frequent direct customer contact – initiate and maintain client relationships
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for the managed payroll clients
• Attend scheduled weekly, monthly and quarterly client calls and new client transition meetings
• Provide training to newly implemented clients on Workday and OSV Payroll Processing
• Assist with configuration of pay components and reports
• Assist with testing with newly implemented clients
• Interface with clients to identify/resolve payroll processing issues
• Lead/support special projects as assigned by Management
• Act as main contact through payroll deployments and cut over to managed services
