Qualifications

• Practical hands-on payroll experience in a multi-client environment.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of payrolls and liaise directly with clients.
• Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of approximately 30–50 client payrolls each month.
• Import and check payroll data, complete calculations and ensure accuracy.
• Calculate statutory payments (sick, maternity, holiday) and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to client queries and maintain relationships; manage deadlines.
