Edenred Payment Solutions in Swindon is seeking a motivated Customer Services Advisor to join our growing team. You’ll support cardholders and clients by providing clear, accurate and friendly assistance across phone and email.

• Experience in customer service, contact center or financial services (preferred).
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
• Support cardholders with account access, transactions and product information
• Investigate and resolve issues following internal processes and regulatory guidelines
• Record all interactions accurately and maintain compliant documentation
• Escalate complex cases when required
• Identify trends and share feedback to improve service
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Compliance and Product teams
