Job summary

Fuzzy Labs, a Manchester-based tech consultancy, is seeking a part-time People & Hiring Lead to own the end-to-end recruitment process and support day-to-day people operations. You’ll source candidates, briefing to offer, and ensure a positive candidate experience, reporting to the Head of Operations.

Hybrid role with 21–28 hours per week and flexibility in scheduling. You’ll collaborate across the business, manage external agencies, and contribute to onboarding, policies, and people processes.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment ownership from brief to offer.
• Direct outreach and sourcing of candidates.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Stakeholder management and collaboration.

• People operations experience including onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring process from role brief to offer.
• Source candidates directly and manage candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback and contracts.
• Oversee onboarding and day-to-day people processes.
• Support rollout of handbook and company policies.
